From Yated Ne’eman, Holiday Supplement (October 2015):
“I was emotionally overcome to hear from one of the woman students, one who was far from having any sign of Jewishness: ‘In your lessons, you always say that sometimes one has to touch the mitzvot in order to understand them. I want to tell you that at that Shabbat in the United States, I felt, for the first time in my life, that holiness and the Divine Presence [Sh’china] were in the house. I don’t know exactly what holiness is, and I have no idea what “Sh’china” means; but one thing is clear to me – I saw the Sh’china and felt the holiness of a Jewish home’.”
